Received a regular email from the i-mint program and noticed a promotion of a site called http://www.buzzintown.com Hopped across to that site and found quite a bit of interesting city specific events happening. I think this is a good concept that was very much needed, a consolidated view of all the happening events across various cities. Now what would help is really an event calendar across the entire country based on specific selection criterion ex: Books and Exhibitions. This would give a list of exhibitions across India, throughout the year, and the capability to go ahead and register oneself for it. That would be cool.
